Are you a current MBA student or rising college senior/recent grad? We're looking for dynamic summer associates and interns who can support client-facing and new business development teams with a range of activities. Ideal candidates are interested in being exposed to many types of business challenges and are prepared to seize the opportunity to help grow our company by taking on a range of different projects and responsibilities. Previous academic or work experience in an analytical role within a consulting, agency or professional services environment is a plus.

A consulting mindset, as well as strong analytical and communication skills are necessary in this role. |

People like Melanie typically have design or anthropology credentials, and are strong analytical, conceptual and visual thinkers. Leading, and often teaching, design thinking methods is highly important in this position. |

Meet Colin, Strategist Strategists drive the business and analytical thinking on projects, working collaboratively as part of a team that will likely also include a design-trained professional, Director, and a VP. Typical activities for Colin include industry research, consumer field research, presentation creation, client workshops, prototype building and financial modeling. |

Meet Collette, Program Leader Program leaders at Motiv like Collette own work streams and operate with a high degree of autonomy in getting things done in support of team goals. At this level project management skills are developed and honed, and building client relationships is very important. A fair amount of mastery is expected around deliverable development and managing senior as well as junior team members. |
